We are willing to make Music Collection available in as many languages as possible. Due to the simplicity of the language system of Music Colleciton, anyone can write his on language package to make Music Collection speak his language.
We are looking for people to collaborate with us and kindly send us your translations of Music Collection!
We have several languages available already (English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, Romanian, German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish...). You can see our languages section here: http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/cat_view/39-languages.html?lang=en
If you have another package language, please, send it to us!! we'd like Music Collection to go even more international!
We are looking for Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean... or any European/Asiatic/Africain/American languages will be MOST WELCOMED!!!!! (Greek, Bulgarian, Norweigen, Basque...) ANY LANGUAGE!
Thanks!

0just copy the file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_muscol.ini that you'll find in your site, after having installed the component
paste it into the folder /it-IT/ (italian) and change its name to it-IT.com_muscol.ini
open it with a PLAIN text editor and transalte every sentence you'll see in there. In joomla 1.6, all sentences are quoted. like so: "sentence to translate".

0hello,
new version comes with a language fil that installs automaticaly.
WE NEED NEW TRANSLATIONS for the Music Collection 2.2 (old files won't work)
to make a translation, download the english file (which will be the "master") and translate it into your language.
this is the frontend language file for Joomla 1.5:
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/doc_details/25-english-frontend-language-file-22.html?lang=en
and this is for Joomla 1.6

0Tell me, when you install the modules must be installed language files? I ask because I have not intentionally installed, if they must, then you can throw at me their email - spider14@yandex.ру
Also, for the component did not work. Had to take an Italian translation, and translates it into my native language is Russian. -

0As promised, here's the language pack for Simplified Chinese (You can use China flag for this one haha)
Also I noticed a typo in the Tradition Chinese translation, I've fixed it here as well. [file name=zh_CN.zip size=1026]http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/images/fbfiles/files/zh_cn.zip[/file] -

0Well to be absolutely precise (politically at least lol), people in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau write in Traditional Chinese while those in mainland China (or People's Republic of China) use Simplified Chinese. So my guess putting a Taiwan flag would probably appropriate.
However, do note that the official Joomla language pack uses China flag for zh-TW. So it's really up to you haha. I peronsally think using two flags is probably the safest route B)
You're in luck that I can write both Traditional and Simplified Chinese. I'll upload another one once I have it.
BTW can you use my real name (Justin Xiang) as author? haha - kinda weird to have my forum username as the author :P
