Cannot add tracks to playlist and pop up player not working

Hi my site is at

http://snipesearch.co.uk/social/index.php/music-collection

When i click add to playlist on a song nothing happens at all.

When i activate the pop out player module. It gives me the failed to load XML error.

Site is set to only logged in users can listen to music.

The system Plugin is installed and activated.

Add suffix to URL is off

System is Joomla 2.5

PHP is 5.2

    I can't see the add to playlist button. is the plugin installed? the jwplayer plugin?

      your error is actually much different... it is related to the fact that you have your installation in a subdomain (called "/music"). you're going to mantain the site here? in that case a small code tweak may be necessary..

    Yes the player is installed. But the only logged in members may listen to music, so the add to playlist button doe snot show to guests.

    thanks guys. I've thinked a quick fix for this but a small modification on the code is needed. could you send me access to the site?

    Any joy? I know the day before yesterday accessing the site was hard as we had 90k visitors, timeouts were occurring. Hosting has been upgraded to cope.
