Registration not Working Bug

I bought AT today and it's not possible to ask for a new affiliate account!

I need a solution as fast as possivble please!

- J! 5.4.0
- Php 8.3
- AT 5.0.1

    ein veraltetes Lesezeichen aufgerufen wurde.

    über eine Suchmaschine ein veralteter Index dieser Website aufgerufen wurde.

    eine falsche Adresse aufgerufen wurde.

    keine Zugriffsrechte für diese Seite vorhanden sind.

    Die angefragte Quelle wurde nicht gefunden.

    Während der Anfrage ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.

    Hi,
    I am also just a user, but if you are using the Joomla user registration, then it should work. The AT registration is broken.
    So, there is a workaround.
    If a registered user, then is loggedin, the affiliate tracking is working on our environment.

    Thanks Sigrid.
    In fact the user registration works using core functions - but it's still impossible to create an affiliate account.

    I'd be glad if a member of the support team could take care of this.

    Now the error is

     Tabelle „account“ wird nicht unterstützt! Datei nicht gefunden.

    Unfortunately nobody of the devs is reacting at all.

    Neither here, nor via email. I made a claim via PayPal which has been decided in favor of JomlaThat.

    - Yes - they delivered a piece of software
    - They also promised technical support

    The software isn't working, support not reacting.
    What a shame!
