Update Problem: Forbidden, You do not have permission to access ... Issue

When i trying to install the update for muscol "com_muscol_3.0.6_pro_3.x.zip", comes the error message: You do not have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server. All other updates and installations work without problems. do you have an idea what that could be?

Joomla! Version 3.8.5
PHP version 7.0.27
Maximum upload size: 64M

no idea.. this looks like a possible issue on your site / server... we haven't had this issue before.
if you can send me admin access I can test it myself

    I was able to install the component now. My hoster changed the security settings. Original Text: "We have found an entry in the log files of your website and adjusted the security settings from our site accordingly."
