any tip to add option as DOWNLOAD ALBUM

i hope you are doing great , i just want to ask you if there's any chance or an option to add it to the album like DOWNLOAD ALBUM,,,i mean the whole album with one click

    this is not currently available... I mean, there's one spot for a whole album file but you have to upload it, it's not generated automatically...

    I don't see this option from the front end. Is this only available from the admin back end? If so, could you provide the code or an estimate for a custom mod to add it to the front end for users to add their own album files (zip arhives)?

    :) thanks for the reply,,,better idea is whether to upload the album on sharing websites or to install PHOCA or EDocman , DOCman components & add the link of the download in the Review of the albums ,,thats what i could come up & thinking of for now,,,thanks for the reply again :cheer:

    yes, indeed, this is only available on the backend (because it's not an "upload" field but a text field, so it asumes that the file has been uploaded before)

    if you are ok with adding a bit of code yourself, all you need to do is to copy the text field form the backend form (/administrator/components/com_muscol/views/album/tmpl/form.php) and add it to the frontend form (same path without the /administrator)

    Ah. Ok. I haven't used it so I didn't realize it was not actually an upload field. Yes, I can add it to the front end. Thanks!
