Rate Songs and Albums independently?

Hello,
I'm looking to be able to have individual songs and albums. Is this possible?

    to "have" or to "rate"? the title of this post and its content are a bit confusing!

    you can have "single songs" but they will always belong to an album (even if it's the only song in it)

    besides of that, you can rate albums and songs independently, yes.
