I have been searching for similar script, finally found yours. Seems to contain most of the features I need. How ever I have couple of Pre-Buy Questions. I have searched In the forum, I didn't find answers that convinced me.
I am a wordpress user, this is going to be my first joomla site please understand I am a beginner Joomla user!

no problem I'll answer your quetions gladly
1) themes in joomla are a separate thing from the COMPONENTS. so no, it's not included. but actually this theme we use is free, it's called Jamba.
2) we don't have a live demo of the admin, sorry, but I can show you some screenshots of it: http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/features/administration-area.html
3) well we have quite a lot of help articles on our support/features section, but the important thing is that Music Collection is pretty simple to use. adding albums and artists and songs is really easy and intuitive. and if you have any question we can help you at any point.

yes, upgrades are free for 1 year if you purchase Music Collection (and the next version is only a month away or so)
this is not a "theme", it's a component
it's a different thing in Joomla! but it's very easy to create modules in any position on your joomla template, you'll see!
I'll help you in all the questions you have.
