correct..love the setup i see.... have been reading the instructions. And am fairly new to joomla.. Im a little afraid to buy and not be able to set up on my site

    my site is here.. www.radiougly.com

Can you estimate what would be a fee for a basic setup.. Once working... I should be able to update myself.. and any further upgrades I couldnt do myself.. Would no doubt but additional fees

purchased item...followed instructions and unzipped folder..went to install zip file com_muscol file.. got following error message

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

    any help would be appreciated

    hello

have you checked you max_exection_time and memory_limit PHP variables?

(you can check these on PHP info, on joomla's backend)

max_exection_time should be setted to 60 at least, and memory_limit to 64M or 128M should be fine...

this is what i recieved from tech support after pleading my case...

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Support.

On our servers, the maximum execution limit is 60 seconds and memory limit is 64M. Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase this limit.

i called back state=ing this certainly did not help..they reopened ticket and are attempting to resolve...
    very frustrating lol

im eager to get started... is program too big???

Ok tomorrow ill give it another try. Could you, anyway, try to set the memory limit to 128?

this is what I recieved today..which seems to make perfect sense.. but I cant get the install directrory path correct... the zip folder is in my temp file as they requested.. but everything I try for a path seems incorrect.. this is what I know for sure:

    it is in htdocs/dominion2/temp folder

this is reply from tech support:

Most likely you are attempting to upload the .zip file of the component through the Joomla administrative panel. If this is the case, the problem is actually related to our PHP setup does not include the ability to unzip files.

To work around this you can take the following steps:

    1. Extract the files from the .zip archive (or any other archive format it is in such as .gz or .rar).
    2. Upload the folder to the /tmp/ folder located in your Joomla installation.
    3. When going to the install page for your components in Joomla use the second option (Install from Directory).
    4. Type the correct full path to the component files e.g. /home/users/web/b49/moo.maxkagen/htdocs/joomla/tmp
    5. Click on Install and you will get the component success message.

by chance do you know the correct path name they are refering to?
have you installed this way before?
    Thank You
    Ken

well, this way should work too.. what is really strange is that the server does not support ZIP extraction.. (I mean... could you install any other joomla component? all of the require ZIP extraction)...

    your path is:

    /hermes/web03/b49/moo.maxkagen/htdocs/dominion2/tmp

(you can see this on the install page)

    yes, no problem.

the fastest and easiest way to do it is that you make a donation (http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/donate.html) for the difference (30eur), and when we receive it, we'll send you the community professional version by email
