I am actually building a website for online music collaboration and I am really interested in your component but I need different search options.
Instead of searching by genres of music: pop, RnB...I need to search by "NEED" of artist :guitarist, pianist, bassist...Basically Is it possible to customize the search fields ? if yes, How to do it?

0well... you could re-use some of the current fields to fulfill your needs.
example: we have a field called "tags", and you can add multiple tags to each album.
if you just rename this field to "instruments" or players or whatever (easily done on the language file) and add you add these to the albums.. well, basically you will have what you need, without any code customization needed!
do you know what I mean?
