    When the client starts to upload thru the album area at the bottom says 0% in google chrome.

    Ok so the backend of the server is set at php.ini 1,000 megs but the music collection software says 8 megs max. So thats whats stopping us form uploading more than 3 songs or anything past 8 megs.
