Hi,

I mam testing the Music Collection Search and it doesn't seem to work like in your demo. If I search for one of the names on my albums it produces no results - even though it is there. Also, when I use the advanced search, there is no Clear button. This only appears after I have used the advanced search (by selecting the advanced search again and it appears, but only in search results window). In addition, in the search results window, the See all button does not work either (this appears at the top and bottom of the Advanced Search results window.

I have sent login details to your support email so you can see what I mean.

How do I get it to work like your demo?

I responded to your email.. but never got a response back..
this is what I asked:

"hi!

which search are you performing, that returns no results?

about AZ bar, sorry, this is for artists only..."

I tried to perform a search and had no issues (apparently), that's why I ask this...

    have you managed to have a look at this? I updated to latest version of music collection yesterday but it hasn't fixed it unfortunately.

    my apologies for delay responding. I never got that email.

    But, just to say, it is working. I realised the Clear button only appears after you do the first search.
