Just a suggestion to see if things work... maybe install a clean joomla in a sub dir of your site with just a new MC install & setup to see what happens with a compleet fresh install?

First I am NOT an PHP or MSQL wizard but will try to help anyway of course..hehe
Did you check the open_short_tag in ini.php as mentioned?
Could it be something to do with rights on the server?
Did you install you site in a sub directory if yes set this in the mc system plugin like: /yoursub-dir
En my last thought is system plugin still at last position? I have had it strangely get upwards after some other install of components..

Unfortunatelly this didn't work. My problem is in Albums. The other areas are visible in backend. Also albums are not visible in front end.

I also tried to drag and drop com_muscol_3.0.7_3.x.zip package in Joomla Install area and I got the message bellow...

I followed the instructions but all the folders are correct.

I can confirm that MC 3.0.7 does work fine on PHP 7.4.30. Mine runs also on it
Maybe install MC again over you current version?
