JWPlayer Error # 2032

0
after upgrading to version 2.2.2, I can no longer play songs.
On the song page nothing happens.
If I add to the playlist and try to play, the player shows Error # 2032.

What do I need to do in order to correct this problem?

Thanks.

After replacing the plugin and module, the player does not show the error message but it still does not play. If I try to play a song, the player just spins. If I try to use the Playlist, it shows the following message "Download File"

I think the problem can be due to permissions.

    see this: http://www.24bars.com/songs/groove.mp3

this is a URL to a song, and it says FORBIDDEN

can you change the permissions to the folder /songs?

That error is because you are not allowed to access or download the songs directly via the url. its a safety measure to prevent anyone from simply downloading files.

but then the problem is that the jwplayer can't access it either, so the song cannot play! do you know what I mean?

I dont think the folder permission is why you do not have permission to download the file directly from the browser.

Regardless, I changed the folder permissions from ReadOnly to Read, Write and Execute.
I'm still having the same problem.

there is no doubt it's the permission. look: http://www.24bars.com/songs/groove.mp3

it still says FORBIDDEN. forbidden means the permissions don't allow to read...
    can you try 755?

also, please can you check the folder OWNER (not only the permissions)
sometimes this can be the cause for that. I mean, not only execute CHMOD, but also CHOWN

maybe the owner of the folder is not the same owner that the other folders. do you know what I mean?¿

The permissions are set to Read, Write and Execute for the Owner (755).
    I've attached a screenshot.

can you check WHO is the owner of that file?

well, in any case, there's always one other thing you can try:
delete this folder, and then create a new one with the same name. maybe this time there won't be permissions problem. of course, you will have to upload the songs in it again.. or copy them from the old one.!
