Hi, I understand from the demo site that MC built-in comment engine is available. So far I have tried to dig in where to find it and how to use it, but no help. Could help me how it works?

MC backend... go to Options (top right corner), click the comments tab, enable MC comments.

Hi, I appreciate your help. But I can't see the MC "Options" you mention. I'm using Joomla 1.5 version. Are you talking about other version?

I have "Parameters" setting as my MC component setting. Are you talking about this? There is "Comments" tab in Parameters setting but there is not operation buttons to enable it. I have attached images of available Parameters setting for comments (which is not working) and Comments tab inside of MC component page.

    Could you be more specific?

    Thank you so much.

Hmmmm, sorry laincung, you have it set up correctly as far as I can see. Are you sure you are logged in? Comment section will only show up if there is already a comment posted or you are logged in.

I see. Is there any way I can set it to appear without logged in? As for current situation, visitors won't be able to if they can even post a comment or not. It would be great if the comment module displays without having to log in. Thanks for your help.

    hello!

built-in comment engine is only available for registered users. this is for anti-spamming reasons.

    hello!

sorry these two features are not available... you would need some customization for that, specially the moderation part...

this is not the right forum post for this...
there is no moderation feature, this should be customly added for you.
