Download Russian frontend language

Good afternoon. can not download the Russian frontend language file - Joomla 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5 on page http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/cat_view/39-languages/43-languages-joomla-16-a-17.html?lang=en
other languages ​​are downloaded. only a Russian can not be downloaded.
