Download entire album now working?

Hi just installed and uploaded a few albums and noticed that the Download entire album
is not working it redirects me to a new url but no zip file downloads.

    its the first time i have used joomla 3 and the new muscol upgrade http://thatmix.com/index.php/music/d/3-dj-whiteowl/2-brooklyn-blends

    i just installed everything from scratch today

    aparently there's some Class or file missing.
    could you send me FTP access to support@ joomlathat.com?
    this is quite strange because this missing file is joomla's native.. is this a normal joomla installation?

    This was a template quick install so came with joomla3, sent you the ftp details m8
