    the songs do not upload?
    -Yes !!!

    P.S.

I do not have your own site. I work on a local server. Installed Joomla on XAMPP, music files are injected, but the root of Joomla, in a folder - "songs" they do not fall. And how and what they then lose?

It would be nice if this site had a video tutorial, video presentations on installing components and extensions.

if the songs dont save on the /songs folder, then the poblem must be that this folder has not writing permissions... you should give it permissions!

The folder "Songs" has the right to record. Actually, my local server is installed on Windows. In Windows, is there such a thing as a writing permissions?

Dear germi refine another Way of creating the folder "Songs".

hmm... hold on...maybe the problem comes from Windows.

    can you try this?
    open /administrator/components/com_muscol/tables/song.php

and add this right after line 106:

    $path = str_replace("/", DS, $path) ;

tell me if it makes it work or still not working

Difference as you see are not visible. Upgraded to version 2/
Nothing happened. mp3 does not appear in your "songs".

To play them, they began to move to the folder "Songs" manually/
 And this is inconvenient, is not it?
    Sorry for my bad English

dont understand... the trick didnt work?? even on version 2.0 ?
does the songs folder have writing permissions?

by the way, I think I told you one thing wrong: on the song.php file on version 2, the trick should be done on LINE 116, NOT 106

So, try, has made a recommended you write the file song.php - nothing. MP3 is not loaded, and of course the player is not playing.

Poslt making this code into the file song.php, after adding songs in the administor area the browser can not display the page...

Everything else works - you can create an album, artist, and so on ... Maybe there is still some way out of this situation? :(

The configuration of my server (Windows):
    PHP 5.2.4
    Apache 2.2.4
    MySQL 5.0.45

    Joomla 1.5.15

Hmm ... seems I have information that will help you give me an answer. Do not upload large files mp3 / Small size less than 2MB - upload and go straight to the folder "songs"

ADVICE: Uploading too many files simultaneously can exhaust your server uploading limits and cause undesired behavior.
    upload_max_filesize defined in php.ini 2M

You should retype upload_max_filesize parametr to mach size, more than 2 megabaytes )
