creating folders

where exactly are the folders created on my host server or in the joomla admin backend media manager because my hiearchy isnt positioned the way it should and im still having trouble uploading songs which arent even passed my max upload this all confusing, i fix one thing and then another goes wrong are there any detailed guides for MC

    basically there should only be one /songs folder, at the root of your joomla site..

    is it not there? if not, you must create it... just at the same level than /administrator, /components, /modules and all the other joomla folders...

    yes i see the songs folder but i also have a song folder in the images folder also which was already there upon installation
