sorry, I thought you had problems downloading the component itself (which you can download with no problem from YOUR ORDERS menu, not the download menu)

there's a small error on the permissions of that file you are trying to download let me take care of it!!

you'll be able to download it in no time!

meanwhile, I hope you can close the "paypal dispute" you opened earlier

Hello germi,
Still having problems.
I try to download from http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/cat_view/38-extensions.html?lang=en but I just get the error:
"To download this item, you must be logged in as the user you used to purchase the component, and have an active subscription", and I am logged in of course.
I also tried from Chrome, with no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
