Hi support,
For some reason my Mus.Collection Album Manager doesn't show added by (backend Mus.Col) for some users, please see attachment to be more clear. And let me know how can I fix it? And why it's happened?
This is urgent.

    Nope, I didn't delete them. They didn't their-self as well I guess.

They complain to me so many times about that. They can't edit theirs albums because they system doesn't know who add these albums.

this is not normal, it looks like for some reason the user_id is not tied to these users. you will need to go to the DB and add them into these missing albums.

How can I do that? Should I go to my users database? There is no option there add into missing albums.

you need to go to your DB, find the table __muscol_albums, and set the "user_id" column, on those albums that have this value missing, to the correct value (the ID of the user who added the album)

I checked, they do have user ID in the MySQL database as well.

what? and the user_id is the same user ID of the users who created those albums?

this makes no sense at all.

there is something we are missing, for sure. if the user ID is the same, it would show there and be editable by them.

are you 100% that the USER who created this album has the user ID = 41? (in the _users table).

are you sure the user with ID = 41 exists in the system?

No, man, that's not what I'm asking. Pleas read my words carefully.
I'm talking about the USER, not the ARTIST.

what I'm seeing now is that the ARTIST_ID is 41, that's NOT what I asked. I asked you about the column user_id, NOT artist_id, and what I realise now is that you pointed me to the column artist_id.

PLEASE, for the last time, can you check that the column USER_ID in the _muscol_albums table is NOT empty?
