I just purchased and installed this component at www.myRebelMusic.com . For some reason the images that I specify for albums and artists do not show up. Anyone have a suggestion for what to check ? Thanks.

0uops, if you're asking me that is because probably you didn't created these after the installation.
read this:
http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/support/installation.html
the image folders must be
images/albums
images/albums/thumbs_115
etcetera. read the article to know all the folder you have to create. once created (with writing permissions!)
re-upload the images on the backend...

tell me something -

0Hi there - I am having the same issue with my artists. I can upload in the backend and see the image but when I look on the front end in the source code the path is simply:
Again, in the backend when I look at the artists page I can see the image and the thumb. On the front end (live website) I only see the thumbnail created for "Image for artist name".
I can confirm that in the images folder on the server we have:
images/album_extra
images/album_extra/album_name
images/album_extra/artist_name
images/albums
images/albums/thumbs_115
images/albums/thumbs_40
images/artists
I have changed the permissions on these folders to 777
Help...-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agois there any ALBUM created on the website as well? do its images show up fine?
