Hello,
in backend if in album view I look for "caffè" I get this error, with other search words this does not happen,
in frontend in search music same problem only with this word "caffè"

can you help me?

do you have access to phpMyAdmin?

there you can perform "operations" on the table and change the collation.

can you check what is the collation of your DB tables? are all of them utf8_general_ci?

All Acymailing and your component (Music colletctio and Content Statistics) tables are utf8_general_ci
all other tables are utf8mb4_unicode_ci

probably that's the problem. can you try changing DB tables to utf8mb4_unicode_ci ?
