Template Editing Error Issue

Hello,

When going into your template editor to customize it for our business, I cannot save. It gives me the following error:

Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

Could you please help me with this issue?

    Editor seems to be working now, but now when editing/creating an invoices it's stuck on "saving...." the entire time and seems to be duplicating entries on me. Not sure what you did to fix the first part, but now a new issue has started.
