well, they don't "buy".. they can just request an affiliate account, they don't have to pay for it... I'm not sure to understand your question..

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. I mean who are buying PPC advertisement,
    So that buyer can upload their banner to get traffic his site.

    Do you know what I meant right ?

    hmm.. Not really...

    - the "owner" of affiliate tracker (you, in this case), installs in in his website.
    - YOU will be the one creating banners and uploading them to Affiliate Tracker
    - These banners will be available to your AFFILIATES (users in your site that are registered as affiliates)
    - They will be able to USE these banners in their websites, to promote YOUR website and bring traffic to your website.
