NEW INVOICE / PRODUCT Bug

HI

I am using INVOICE MANAGER and i think i found a bug.

If I create a new invoice or a new product and you press SAVE INVOICE only sometimes they are duplicated or more , what can i do to resolve this bug ?

I have the latest version installed.

Installed version: 2.0.0

Please tell me if you need additional informations.

    When i create a new invoice and i press SAVE twice or more,the invoice is duplicated in the list.

    Maybe after i press save , if you can modifiy that the window to be closed and the dashboard should refresh, the problem should be fixed.

    the issue is that this should not be happening, there should be no need to close and refresh the page.

    I cannot see this happening on our demo or our test environment.

    maybe you can make a video so I can see it?

    well, this is of course an error, it should be closing the window after you hit save.

    can you send me joomla and FTP access to your site so I can try to fix this? it will take ajust a couple lines of code.

    helllo,

    sorry I missed the previous post.
    If I'm not mistaken, you need to copy/paste to your other servers the files contained in:

    /administrator/components/com_invoices/assets/

    I just told you where you can find the files... :)

    the files are found in the folder: /administrator/components/com_invoices/assets/

    in your joomla installation... that's all.

    You didnt connect to our servers to add the code. We didnt sent you the FTP details.

    Hello,

    I don't remember. Then.. how did we fix the issue? we didn't?
    We are going to pack this option into the official package..

    If I remember correctly, the problem is that when you hit save on the modal window, the window does not close.?

    You didnt , i asked you last time that we will need the files because we need to resolve the problem on several servers.

    About the problem you have attached (up in the comments) a video were you can see the error we got when we press save .

    Yeah you remeber a part of the problem , also when we press SAVE more then once the invoice is duplicated or more.

    hello

    thanks I remember. the problem is that I couldn't reproduce the issues on my end, that's why I'm a bit afraid that the issues could be related to something in your site (the joomla version, some plugins, the template...), that's why it would be very good to be able to see it "live" to actually make sure of what's causing the problem.

    otherwise I'm a bit "blind" when making the fixes, because I'm making them in my local environment, when the error actually does not occur, so I just have to "hope" that they will be fixed on your end when I send you the new package files.

    is there no way you can provide joomla admin access, if FTP is not possible?

    Just to be sure, dit you already updated to the new version?
    We had the same issue, and today I updated to version 2.0.1 (releasedate May 10 2016) and the problem with duplicating invoices and items when hitting save are solved.
    (Unfortunately automatically update from the backend doesn't work in our Joomla backend, so I also can't see when there is a new update available. I have to look in the download section so now and then, to see if there is a new update available, I will make a new topic for that)

    I've just updated the component to 2.0.1 and i still have this problem, the windows is not closed after i press SAVE.

    hi, no we didn't include this "close after save" on modal window, we had to release this 2.0.1 version very quickly.

    next week we will try to release v 2.0.2 addressing this issue you're having

    ok I think the problem is now solved.

    Please download AGAIN the version 2.0.1 and reinstall.

    also is very important that you hit REFRESH on the invoice manager page, to make sure the new files are reloaded.
