all recurring Invoices are missing!!! Issue

Hi,
on july 1st, some invoices should have been automatically generated. Not a single one has been created.
How can this error be corrected?
How can I generate the missing invoices

current system: joomla 3.8.10 + IM 3.2.0

    I don't know, I would need to see the invoice and try to figure out why there weren't generated.
    can you send me admin access?
