I'm interested in your vaccount product, but I have some questions.


The purpose of this in my organization, we would like to allow our members (volunteers) so to submit their expense: meals, mileages, taxi fares, hotels, ... etc.


So the site will be restricted only by access by our volunteers, each one will have his own access. and each user will have access only to his submission.


Then we have managers who approve the submissions and issue the payment.


Example:

a user will login and submit the following:


Taxi fare amount with the recipt

Breakfast expense with the receipt 

Dinner expenses except alcohol with receipt.

Bus tickets amount with the recipt

... etc.


So he can go and check how much he spend in total ... etc.


Then the manager can login to the system and review this user sumibtiton and approve it, but in the above case, he will adjust the expanse of the dinner and correct and remove the alcohol amount for example.


No such user can see other users expenses.


we are looking only utilize the expenses moulde: 

Add custom fields to the form.
Remove some current fields from your extention that is not applicable to us.

create predefined charges which the common expenses, so user can select them and fill the form right away.


manager can see overall the expenses of all users.


Is your extension will be able to do that for us?
