You can upgrade by upgrading your package to the "all versions" package, by paing the difference (your current EM version is for 2.5 only)

that's not true, both versions are 39 or 49 (depending on Standard or Professional)
what I'm talking about is the COMBINED package which costs 79 EUR (30 eur more than tha one you paid for)

therefore, the difference you would have to pay is 30 EUR.

the EM professional version for 3.0 costs 49 EUR too. so, if you want this one, you will have to buy it on our store, for 49 EUR (just a NEW subscription).

what I'm saying is that we have a "combined package" to which you can upgrade to, by paying only 30 EUR and not the 49 EUR of a whole new package. do you understand what I'm saying?

you cannot just switch your account from 2.5 to 3.0, there's no such thing (you already have the 2.5 version), so what you can do is actually to upgrade to the "all joomla versions" plan.
