ok I see! thanks for the info.
    i can think about it.
could you, just as an example, define how the workflow would be (I mean, in your particular case, how would you like it to work.. like.. when you define a billable task on projectfork, an item is created in EM?)

Well i usually run several projects at the same time, these alll have milestones lists of tasks and tasks, and these always inncur expences, or billable hours.

To make things a bit more complicated they usuaully innvolve people from around the globe. For example one part is made in south america and another is made in canada one in china etc etc.

I would love to have the option for a user to click add expence/innvoice on a task, milestone or task list while in an active project (each project has a seperate account of course)

During the course of a project i can typically have something like 1-2000 tasks and 5-10000 billable hours and a cirtual mountain of taxi receipts, plane tickets, model mockup innvoices etc.

as you can immagine direct expence registration and innvoicing from the registed task hours would save me a mountain of work.

ok, so basically (if I understood correctly) what you'd like is a way to assign an expense (created with our Expense Manager) to a Projectfork project (or task or whatever), this way you can see "how much expenses related to project A did I have?".. something like that?
