I am in need of some support please
We are currently experiencing a critical issue with the Affiliate Tracker component on our Joomla site https://communitycontractor.ca. The component fails to load entirely, resulting in a non-functional affiliate system. We urgently require your assistance to resolve this.

Here are the details:

Issue:

The Affiliate Tracker frontend and backend do not load correctly.
Error observed: View not found [name, type, prefix]: logs, html, affiliateView
The table s7jpo_affiliate_tracker_accounts also appears to be missing after reinstalling the component.

In a separate matter, we need clarification

On a site that did allow for the package to install ( not sure what is different between the two sites they are supposed to be the same )

This site product to offer an Affiliate $25, and be able to set the same product up with a Multi Level for Fundraising that has tier 1 affiliate or Charity will receive $20 and each child account receives $5 as a use case

regarding commission configurations:

1. Product-Level Commission:
Can commissions be configured on a per-product basis within the Affiliate Tracker system? For example, assigning a 10% commission for Product A and a 15% commission for Product B.

2. Multi-Level Commissions:
When using multi-level affiliate tracking:

Are the commission levels configured per user (i.e., different tiers earn based on user group)?
Or are they per product, so each product can define how much each affiliate level earns?
We’re looking to enable precise commission control per product, ideally supporting multi-level tiered payout logic.
