Hiya, I've read the instructions for showing stats in the backend but there is no contentstats_backend_1 etc option in my module positions... can you advise? Many thanks!

    the option will not appear there by default, you have to write it down (joomla gives you the option to type in the name of the position you want to use)

    Yes it is the same for me. Tried typing in the module positive and selected save but it doesn't appear anywhere. Do we need to assign it to any particular page via the assignments tab? Please help!

    are these ADMIN modules?

    remember that to create modules for the admin area, you must select ADMINISTRATOR on the filters on the left...!

    is it possible that you guys are creating frontend modules instead?

    I got this in the backend after the changes.

    it looks ok. can you try to simply go to your joomla backend - global configuration and set the "error reporting" level to SIMPLE?
