Probably something simple but being new to Joomla I need some help.
I downloaded Joomla in a sub folder on my website (events)
now if I try to go to Joomla home page I have to type in http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php">http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php
If I type in http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php">http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php/ but with the / on the end it goes straight to http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk even though the in the address bar the correct address is shown. Example after installing the Calendar I decided to activate the User Registration so registered user could submit events. But when you click on Register, Forgot Password, Forgot Username or Anything that requires xxxxxxx/events/index.php you go straight to xxxxxxxxx.co.uk .
Try clicking http://http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php">http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk/events/index.php/component/users/?view=registration and you go straight to http://http://www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk">www.caravan-hire-ingoldmells.co.uk
any help appreciated
