if no conversions are happening, then there's something not working in the tracking system. Can you explain how you're testing this? you're using an affiliate link to access the website and then making a purchase/subscription in MemberShip pro?

yeh we've set up a couple of Affiliates and using standard affiliate links which all seems straight forward however when some one signs up using the affiliate marketing link that goes to the membership pro sign up form here : Client Application Form It doesn't seem to track the sign up - it a FREE plan so I'm not sure that it would make a difference? Our Hikashop store is for clients only - we need to have Affiliates get clients to sign up via Membership Pro and then after they get all commissions from Hikashop Sales

Really need an answer on this - we purchased this extension because it was supposed to integrate with our sign up process via membership PRO - if its not going to work we need to look at alternatives!

I could just test this, and the Affiliate Tracker plugin was disabled... I enabled it and tested a "fake" membership registration, which was correctly tracked by Affiliate Tracker.

can you check this?

OK looks like its tracking Membership Pro OK thankyou - can you confirm how to assign a marketing link to an affiliate - I tried creating https://www.theportal.life/index.php?option=com_osmembership&view=register&id=6/?atid=4 but it still converts and assigns to default admin?

Also I'm presuming all sales in Hikashop will be assigned to the Affiliate also when a client makes a purchase?

I have the same problem where the affiliate is assigned to the parent #0 even though they used a sub-affililate link to sign up. Whats the solution??
