Hello,
a) Just to confirm: I have previously asked about the final url slash before the affiliate parameter, i.e. if it should be included in the affiliate link. Your suggestion was to use it without final slash (although you said it would work with or without final slash). I noticed in the affiliate area of users you show the affiliate link including a final slash before the parameter. Has anything changed or they both still work? Which one is safer to use?
b) I wanted to set up an affiliate word for someone, for example: mydomain.com/deal/some_word. To do this i can add "deal/some_word" (without slash at the beginning, correct?). But what is the best way to redirect this to an existing page (e.g. homepage) without creating a new one for "deal/some_word"?
I have admin tools if needed, but i wanted to redirect to homepage or elsewhere, without breaking the affiliate tracking and without creating a page for "deal/some_word". Can this be done?
Thank you for your help, much appreciated

1About (a) above:
Q1:
www.domain.com/?atid=1234
vs
www.domain.com?atid=1234
Also, if used with a subpage, all my subpages end without slash at the end:
www.domain.com/somepage?atid=1234
Q2:
My servr redirects http to https and non-www to www versions. Does this affect the affiliate link in any way, i.e. if a user publishes it as:
domain.com?atid=1234
or even
http://domain.com?atid=1234
In the user area it is shown as:
https://www.domain.com/?atid=1234
Thank you -

1. use the slash version www.domain.com?atid=1234. for the subpages, you can use WIHTOUT slash.
2. no change at all. there's no problem at all.
