No update notifications Issue

I never seem to see any update notifications for Joomlathat products. And even the system information is not showing any available updates... (see attachment for example of Invoice Manager, but the same applies to Paper Shape).

I suppose something is not quite right, since the Joomla Extensions Directory is showing that your extensions are making use of the Joomla Update System.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

it was a small issue on our update server, affecting only Joomla 3.8. But it's now fixed :)

    yes, we do use the Update System... if you check through Joomla's update manager, do you see new versions?
