Upgrading to 2.2

Will upgrading to 2.2 change my layout cos i have modified majority of the stuff and i dont wanna have to do it again but yet i want the option for users to listen to stuff from iphone...

    well.. yes, it will re-write the layout files...

    you can just save yours separately, and then restore them..

    so if i backup my edited template files, upgraded to 2.2, uploading my backed up template file it will still make the new player and other features work?
