Not player on album page

I installed the jw-player plugin 2.2.2 and there is no player showing on album page it has a black bg where the player shud be... works fine on song page what do i do?

    I player now shows up and works but HTML5 is not working on safari its there but doesnt play.

    do you still need ftp detail.

    I recommend to use FLASH player in desktop browsers. please set the PLUGIN parameters as "default" (only HTML5 on mobile devices)

    Well i've said no to htmt5 on all option and still on IE 7 the player does not work it says playlist could not be loaded and player does not show up on ipad or iphone

    can you try this:

    download the music collectino package. unzip it, and locate the file /site/muscol.php

    copy this file and paste it into your site's /components/com_muscol/ folder replacing the existing one.

    Yupe ive done that same problem however when i rate the album and the page reloads the player shows up..its weird

    how do I log in in your site?

    is it possible that you changed something on the VIEW file and you messed something up? did you modify the file?

    its funny... now its working fine.

    what about mobile? it doesnt work on my iphone 4..
