Looking for a Way to show the List of Genre

Is there a module to show the list of Genre already? So I won't work on it from scratch!! Anyone!!!! HELP on where to start editing the tmpl.php

    I havent had the time to implement this myself yet but i think a work around would be to get the Php Functions from the search module. As that has an option for genres. If you look there it would be easy to create a new module with only the genre Function.
