Im running Joomla 2.5 with the professional MS module. I have added the JW Player plugin, enabled it, added an album with several songs in it, then created a menu link with Default Artist Layout (since the only artist is me, currently). I see the download icon next to the song and also a PLAY worded icon beside that, but when I select that PLAY icon, nothing happens.
Please help.

0this makes no sense... this text is from a very old version of the player, not the current one we serve with the subscription.
where did you download the plugin?
you must download everything from the YOUR ORDERS menu.
you have to uninstall this plugin and install this right one

0I did not know that the player came with my ORDER download. I got this player from your download (free) site today. Here's the link:
