Importing files uploaded by ftp failing (urgent)

Im trying to upload files by using ftp to the /music directory, and using the "fast album addition" feature and i see the files and mp3 files showing up before starting the import. But when i click the "process all these files creating new albums and artists as needed" button i just get a blank white screen.

I am using the latest version of MC and joomla 3.2.x. Please help!

    Hello Marisa,

    if you enable error reporting, on joomla global configuration, does any error show up on that page?
