for update do I need original user profile?

Hello Germi,
I just ask - for update I need original profile... but I dont know it, becouse it bought collegue which doesnt work in our company anymore. Do I need it bought again? Upgrade functions look like so good! :)

    Thanks for reaction Germi,
    we dont know it. We try send "lost password" to his company mail marcel.vasicek()musicweb.cz but it is not activ. we arent in friendly relationship now to ask him...

    For sollution: we dont want buy full again, because our version work. So could we buy just upgrade for some price?
