/en?layout=form 500 error

PHP Built on: Linux
PHP Version: 5.2.12
Web Server: Apache
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.20 Stable

I have install the latest version of MC 2,I get this error when I try to ad an artist or album when logon as a jomsocial user, url is http://www.mysite.com/en?layout=form ,error 500 is but layout form not found, Iam also using Acesef seo component when I disable I can view the page,I also have the acesef plugin the MC installed.Can any one help please

    but... there is no acesef plugin for Music Collection! where did you get this? probably that's the problem...
