DB Table is HUGE for stats

I have a Database Table called "_muscol_statistics"
Can i empty this table without conflict to the live site?
I understand it contains the Album, Song, etc stats but the table is HUGE in its size and i want to empty it from time to time to save space.

    Hello,

    yes, you can empty it, actually it is very recommended to avoid it becoming very big.

    you are not using any stats module, I guess?

    i not at the moment i am not. But i plan to and i think this DB table was still holding information from the previous installation
