can not download 2.1 update

hello dear admin,
could you please help me.
I have the licence for the 2.0 version but can not download the latest update to the 2.1 (have no premissions).

would you please reset my DL-premissions?

    where are you trying to download? you must go to the downloads sectoin -> upgrades category

    You cannot download this upgrade package. If you think you should be able to download it, contact us

    are you downloading the right one? you have the community edition, so you must download the community package, not the normal one...
