hey luca, now I remember... this module only works on version 1.5! not in 1.0.2 (because in 1.5 the images are loaded dinamicly:thats why you cant see them)

I have to send you the files yes, I'm on it. I will this week

    cheers
    Germi

    to anyone reading this thread:

if you're experiencing problems with the album images (they dont show up on a module or somewhere on MC component) and you upgraded from version 1.0.2 to 1.5.0, here's a file that will fix that small bug:

    hello Luca

it works just fine, is just that you haven't adjuseted any CSS property to make it look good.
basicly what you hve to adjust are some WIDTH and HEIGHT properties on the LI elements

the main file you have to modify is /modules/mod_muscol_featured_albums/tmpl/jcarousel/skins/tango/skin.css

    Hi Germi,
even the helpers.php file in the administrator directory have the same problem: administrator/components/com_muscol/helpers/helpers.php

With this fix I solved the problem of image for the component but not for the module that still do not appear. :-(

I'm test it in local.. now I solve the problem with "STATIC" Thumbnails but I have the same problem of "lucagianneschi" that I soved it changing the css, but if I need more than one "Feautered module" with different size.. how I do this?

use the MODULE CLASS SUFIX, as I did in this site, so you can apply different widths and so to different modules :)

hey, anyway, the DYNAMIC thumbnails should work perfectly if you have the version 1.5 and the new helpers.php file replacing the old one...

maybe is something related to your PHP configuration... (you must have the PHP GD library installed and enabled. It is installed on 99,5% of PHP installations, so I dont think this is the problem, but you can take a look anyway, just in case)

Thanks Germi! The problem is only in local :-) I have test it in my online server and all works fine.

Thanks also for the information on the "Module Class Suffix" I shall tell about it.
