No thumbnail image in /images/

I have searched the forum and I am having issues finding a solution to what seems to be a common issue but not fix. What is going on.

I am not getting any thumbnails created in the /images/thumbs_115 or /images/thumbs_40 folder.

Without this the program is no use to me. Showing that dreaded red X looks bad for the missing images.

Can someone helo please.

I have lots of scripts that uses GDlib and creates thumbs automatically so it is not the server.

    Thanks for the email reply. The purchase was made by my business partner. I am the one doing the site so I logged under my account. I can send you that account info and order ID in my email.
