Perhaps you made the same mistake I did !!!! My problem was that , in the "Parameters", I had it set wrong....... Make sure that you have it so everyone can play it..

Thanks for helping out. I tried that already and I still cant play the audio. I can download it with no problem, but my player does not show up ( progress bar)

1) on the album page, I dont see the player... the player is there, the problem is that you setted the playlist to be shown at "bottom" but you didnt increase the height of the player, so there's no space for all. just to start, set the "show playlist" param at "none", on the player

2) the songs dont play because there's a double "/songs" folder on the path. you added too many "songs" word on the parameters. please let the "songs server" param EMPTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

then you'll get your songs to play

I changed the parameters that you told me and I still cant get the audio to play. I check my path is right, and also the server path is empty and I still cant get audio. What else am I doing wrong?

The problem that I have is playing from the list of songs when you get to an album. Once I click on an individual song it takes me to a new page where I can play the individual song with no problem, but before that, on the album page i cant play any of the tracks by pressing the green play button on each track listed on the album.

Does it make sense? What I am i doing wrong?

ok. that's a different problem than the first one.

to solve it, I need you to go to JWPlayer plugin and increase the HEIGHT of the multiplayer (set it to 50, for instance).

this is just to be able to see the error that the player is showing up.

go to the album page again and tell me what is the error that the player is showing

if the error is "unknown playlist format:html" then the problem is that the player does not reach the XML file it needs.

if you give me FTP access to your site, I can try a small hack to solve it. it will take me no more than 1 minut. (this is a known small bug we found lately that only appears on some pages)

You have the same problem as me, and that's a SEF issue, I cant play music on album view but I can in single song view.
