I know this is a lot to ask but for a paid download instead of free downloads. this would really make this component have it all...:)

    this is really difficult... buying involves all kind of e-commerce features, wich are really hard work (a lot of checkings, external conections, it has to be very very safe....)

    so this wont be available... at least on this version or the next minor release :)

    If you want to sell music or music licenses, I believe MC can be incorporated with a number of eCommerce solutions out there.

    The simplest solution I guess would be Paypal.

    Regarding protected storage, one way is to use Amazon S3 (which provides faster download than the usual shared server) and generate signed URLs that expire after a certain time. I will bring this up in another thread, as I am planning to use Amazon S3 to store our music.
