search issue combined with tags

Hi Germi,

I have conflict in the search system. Let me try to explain...

The system 'remembers' the first search querie right? And when you enter a new search querie in the box it overrides the first one and all works fine....results show

BUT.. if you search query1, then browse around and open a different album and press a tag from that album.. it wont show results and BOTH queries are listed. See attachment.

How can i make the system forget the query entered or do yoy have a different solution?

    Hi Mac,

    I hope you can find some time to have a look at this. I try to test at your demo site here and it seems you have the same issue.

    hello!

    well, yes, this is like this "by design", it will keep (remember) previous filters (like the "query search") in new searches, unless you "clear" them...

    it's not an issue really, it's built like this..

    to avoid this (to clear every time), a little bit of coding is necessary.

    Thanks Germi,

    I understand now... this might be an idea for future releases as i believe its more user friendly to clear by default.. but that's me.;)
