the video is playing just fine! the problem is that you didn't make the player HIGH enough to see it, so you just hear it, not see it.
go to the PLUGIN configuration, and change the HEIGHT parameter and the MULTI HEIGHT parameter to solve this!

the problem is that the server is a bit slow and the video takes a while to load... not much we can do about it on our end...!
